Explosion-proof Temperature Sensor (Thermocouple/RTD)

Explosion-proof Temperature Sensor (Thermocouple/RTD) is designed for flammable and explosive industrial scenarios. Adopting Exd II CT4 explosion-proof structure with sealed cast aluminum housing, it operates safely in hazardous areas such as chemical, petroleum and gas industries, effectively preventing risks of sparks and static electricity.
The probe is made of 304/316 stainless steel, featuring excellent high/low temperature resistance and corrosion resistance, supporting a wide temperature measurement range from -200℃ to 1200℃. Two installation options are available: threaded mounting (e.g. M20×1.5) and flanged mounting (e.g. DN25/DN40), which can flexibly adapt to pipelines, tanks, boilers and other equipment with convenient installation and reliable sealing.
Built with high-precision temperature measuring elements, it has fast response, stable signal output and strong resistance to industrial electromagnetic interference, enabling accurate temperature data collection and providing a reliable basis for production process control.
