Thermocouple

Type E thermocouple temperature sensor is an industrial-grade high-precision core component, specially designed for 0-400℃ temperature scenarios. It is widely applicable to precise temperature monitoring in HVAC, food processing, chemical equipment, mold manufacturing, ovens, boilers and other fields, serving as a reliable choice for temperature collection in industrial automation production.
Adopting the international standard Type E thermocouple structure, the sensor is precisely composed of chromel-constantan alloy wires, featuring core advantages such as high sensitivity, stable thermoelectric potential output and strong oxidation resistance. It can accurately capture subtle temperature changes in medium and high temperature environments, providing reliable temperature signal support for equipment control. The probe is made of high-quality Φ7mm 304 stainless steel with a total length of 150mm (including M12×1 thread section), matched with a 40mm reinforced mounting base, which not only ensures excellent mechanical strength and acid-base corrosion resistance, but also enables quick threaded installation and sealing on equipment. The 1.5m braided shielded cable effectively resists electromagnetic interference from motors, frequency converters and other industrial equipment, ensuring no distortion in long-distance temperature signal transmission; the pre-crimped terminals at the cable end allow convenient direct connection to temperature controllers, PLCs, data loggers and other devices without additional processing.
A special high-temperature sealing ring is included to provide tight sealing for the installation site, effectively isolating the intrusion of water vapor, dust, oil and other media, and greatly improving the sensor’s service life and measurement stability in harsh working conditions such as humidity and dust. With a compact structure, flexible installation, fast response and reliable accuracy, it fully meets the stringent requirements for temperature measurement in industrial scenarios.
