Turbine Flow Meter

A turbine flow meter is a high-precision velocity-type flow measurement instrument, mainly composed of a housing, turbine rotor, bearings and signal detector. Its working principle is to use fluid kinetic energy to drive the turbine to rotate; the rotational angular velocity is proportional to the fluid flow rate. The signal detector captures the rotation signal and converts it into electrical pulses, and the instantaneous and cumulative flow rates are calculated by the instrument. With high accuracy (error ±0.2%~±0.5%), fast response and wide applicable media, it can measure clean liquids and gases, widely used in oil, electric power, water treatment and other industries, and is one of the core equipment for industrial metering, only requiring certain medium cleanliness.
